Open Settings, choose “Export care log,” and share the generated CSV using the iOS share sheet.

Common requests
Delete data
Open Settings and choose “Delete all data.” Family Sync deletion is owner-only for shared families.
Revoke family access
Family owners can remove members or revoke devices from the Family settings screen.
